Poverty Panel: What is Homelessness?
PROGRAM: A panel of community experts will take a deep dive into what is homelessness. There are many definitions. Is it living from couch to couch? Sleeping in a shelter or on the street or in a car? The panel will also address what the challenges of being homeless are and what keeps people there.
